GEORG will attend GeoTHERM Expo & Congress on 26 & 27 February 2026 with Icelandic companies in the geothermal energy sector. Iceland has been selected as the “guest country” at GeoTHERM & GEORG, which will be managing a booth to promote Iceland.
If you want to join our delegation at GeoTHERM Expo & Congress in Offenburg, either in-person to promote your company at one of the largest geothermal events in Europe, or have GEORG promote your company on-site, please email our Project Manager Ester Halldórsdóttir ester@georg.cluster.is.
Við hjá GEORG munum taka þátt í GeoTHERM Expo & Congress 26. & 27. febrúar 2026 með íslenskum fyrirtækjum í jarðhita geiranum. Ísland hefur verið valið “gesta land” sýningarinnar & mun GEORG hafa umsjón með bás til að kynna Ísland & íslensk fyrirtæki.
Ef þig langar að taka þátt í sendinefndinni á GeoTHERM Expo & Congress í Offenburg, annað hvort með því að kynna þitt fyrirtæki á einum af stæðstu viðburðum í jarðhita geiranum í Evrópu, eða láta GEORG sjá um að kynna fyrirtækið þitt á staðnum, endilega sendu póst á Ester Halldórsdóttir verkefnastjóra ester@georg.cluster.is.

Dialogue on International Collaboration — World Geothermal Congress 2026, Calgary
Advancing geothermal energy requires more than good science, it requires coordinated action across borders, levels of government, and institutional mandates. At the World Geothermal Congress 2026 in Calgary, the GEOTHERMICA Initiative is convening a dedicated dialogue for public authorities to do exactly that.
Who should attend: Regional, state, and federal public authorities with a mandate or interest in geothermal energy development are warmly invited to participate.
What will be discussed: The session will explore the strategic value of international public collaboration in advancing geothermal energy, including how authorities can coordinate strategies and policies, share knowledge across national boundaries, and engage with the GEOTHERMICA Initiative as a framework for structured cooperation.
This is an opportunity to connect with peer institutions, contribute to a growing international network, and explore how GEOTHERMICA’s member-driven model can support your national or regional agenda.
