GEORG, Geothermal Research Cluster – invites its members to the Annual General Meeting 2026, which will take place on:

The Annual General Meeting brings together members and partners to review GEORG’s activities over the past year, present key developments, and discuss priorities and opportunities for the year ahead.

Agenda

• Annual report of the Board for the past operating year

• Presentation and approval of annual accounts, including the auditor’s report

• Decision on membership fees

• Decision on entry fee for new members

• Proposals for amendments to the Articles of Association

• Election of the Board of Directors

• Appointment of auditor

• Any other business

The meeting will be held in person at Gróska, Myrinn. Please note that only accredited members are entitled to vote, with each member holding one vote.

GEORG will attend GeoTHERM Expo & Congress on 26 & 27 February 2026 with Icelandic companies in the geothermal energy sector. Iceland has been selected as the “guest country” at GeoTHERM & GEORG, which will be managing a booth to promote Iceland.
