The deadline for submitting abstracts to the Iceland Geothermal Conference 2027 is approaching.
IGC 2027 invites researchers, industry professionals, project developers, and public-sector experts to share research, project results, innovative solutions, and practical experience with the international geothermal community.
Members of the geothermal communities are encouraged to contribute their expertise and become part of the conference’s technical programme.
Conference themes
Abstracts are invited under four main themes:
- Derisking Geothermal
- Geothermal in Practice
- Next Generation Geothermal
- Geothermal for All
Abstracts can be up to 300 words.
Submission deadline: 15 October 2026
The Iceland Geothermal Conference will take place at Harpa in Reykjavík on 25–27 May 2027.
